In the option PDF templates you will find all created PDF templates.
Here you can also edit the templates or add a new template.
Add a template #
To create a template, click the “New Template” button. A visual editor will appear where you can name your template and create its layout.
Use the table layout to align your document into rows and columns.
There are several shortcodes that you can add to the layout to structure your document as desired.
Shortcodes (variables) #
The shortcodes are split into different themes:
- Customer information
- (Your) Company information
- Invoice
- Credit note
- Quote
- E-commerce: order information such as order number, ordered items, etc.
With these building blocks you can construct your PDF documents.
