Here you can create your desired email templates.
Changes from v2.1.2 for XML files in email templates #
NOTE!
Since version 2.1.2, you must EXPLICITLY indicate in an email whether the XML file should be included. If this box is unchecked, the XML file will not be included in the email.
Here you can choose who the email will be sent to. You can add a subject, for example ‘Your invoice’.
You can use smartcodes to add variables.
To activate the template, choose the desired trigger:
If you want to add a PDF to the email, select the desired template.
Save your email template and activate it.
Note! Only one template can be active at a time for each trigger.
