An error may occur while activating our plugin. In this case, a rather generic message is displayed (currently) stating that the settings could not be saved.
When you check your web browser’s Developer Tools, you’ll see the following messages:
Headers – Error 422: Unprocessable content
Response – cURL Error 28: Connection Timed Out
This error message can have several causes:
You entered the license number incorrectly. Therefore, check whether the full license key was entered and/or whether additional characters (such as a space before or after the license key) were entered.
Outgoing calls to peppolcommerce.eu are blocked on the network or in the firewall. Check with your IT manager to see if this is the case and ensure this URL is allowed from your web server.
